In 6 months or less, clients will install a proven process for setting strategy and systems for developing future leaders from within. I help clients achieve these results using methods I learned while managing leadership development at companies like Procter & Gamble and Constellation Software.

My tools are actionable, not conceptual. No corporate-speak, trends, or quick fixes. Over the past 17 years, I’ve built this system while managing people, budgets, and projects in the hospitality, CPG, and software industries. While the focus is on strategy and talent, you and your team may also learn tools for personal productivity, writing, presenting, and decision-making.

While each coaching engagement is unique, the standard process begins with a review of your current priorities (your role & corporate). Over the course of 6 months, we’ll diagnose what made your company successful under your watch. We’ll assess what leadership is needed to carry it into the future. Finally, we will put into practice a coherent set of leadership tools that will solidify your legacy as a future-focused founder. Working with you (hands-on, at times) I will share detailed guidance combined with personal support every step of the way–from initial consult to implementation and follow through.
